AI Usage & Licensing Agreement

Effective Date: 1/3/2025

This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all AI prompt packages, execution systems, and related materials (“Products”) provided under the Made2MasterAI label, created and distributed by Stealth Supply.

1. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, systems, prompts, frameworks, language models, and related materials are the intellectual property of Stealth Supply and are protected under UK copyright law and international agreements.

2. Grant of License

By purchasing or accessing any Product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for the following:

• Personal use
• Internal business use
• Non-commercial application unless otherwise approved

This license does not grant any rights to resell, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, modify, or publicly display the Product beyond its intended use.

3. Commercial Usage

To use Made2MasterAI Products for resale, client delivery, or commercial deployment (e.g. SaaS tools, client workflows, public platforms), a separate Commercial License must be obtained. Contact Made2MasterAI for commercial rights.

4. White Label or Redistribution

No white label, repackaging, or redistribution of any Made2MasterAI content is permitted without written consent from Stealth Supply. Violations will be subject to legal action.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

All Products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Stealth Supply is not responsible for financial or legal outcomes resulting from use of any AI-generated materials or prompt executions.

6. Termination of License

Any violation of these terms immediately terminates your license. Continued use beyond termination is a breach of copyright and will be pursued legally.

7. Updates

Stealth Supply reserves the right to update this License at any time. Continued use of our Products constitutes agreement to the latest terms.
