AI Execution Licensing Agreement

Effective Date: 1 March 2025 — Updated 7 June 2025

This Agreement governs the use of all AI Execution Systems, prompt architectures, frameworks, and digital intelligence packages (“Execution Systems”) provided under the Made2MasterAI brand, created and distributed by StealthSupply.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Execution Systems, prompts, strategies, workflows, and supporting materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Made2MasterAI, protected by UK and international copyright law. These systems are licensed, not sold. You are purchasing structured digital intelligence—protected like proprietary software.

2. Grant of License

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and implement the Execution System for:

• Personal use
• Internal business or brand development
• Non-commercial use unless explicitly upgraded (see Clause 3)

This license does not include the right to:

• Resell or distribute the prompts, systems, or logic contained within
• Repackage for client work, group coaching, agency services, or digital resale
• Scrape, reconstruct, or reverse-engineer our execution logic into another product or prompt pack

3. Commercial Use & Licensing Upgrades

To use our Execution Systems commercially (e.g. client delivery, SaaS, group training, public publishing, or resale), you must request and obtain a Commercial Execution License from Made2MasterAI.

In special cases, resale of packages may be permitted on a strictly controlled basis through direct consultation and formal agreement only. All resale discussions must begin by contacting: support@made2masterai.com.

Unauthorized commercial use or resale constitutes IP infringement and will result in termination of access and legal action.

4. Strict No-Clone Policy

Execution Systems sold by Made2MasterAI are governed by a No Clone, No Repackaging clause. Any person or brand caught copying, mimicking, scraping, or reverse-engineering our prompt structure, naming conventions, or proprietary execution logic will face legal enforcement under IP law.

This includes AI trainers, Fiverr sellers, digital product creators, or agencies who attempt to replicate our systems.

5. Watermarking & Traceability

All Execution Systems may contain invisible logic markers and digital structuring that trace the origin of misuse. AI-driven monitoring will be used to detect prompt cloning, system mimicry, and unauthorized group distribution.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Execution Systems are provided “as-is.” No guarantees are made regarding earnings, results, or compatibility with AI platform updates (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, etc.). Outcomes depend on your usage, input, and execution.

7. License Termination

Violation of these terms—particularly reselling, public teaching, or copying—will result in immediate termination of your license, permanent IP blacklisting, and legal action if applicable. Continued use after termination constitutes breach of copyright.

8. Updates & Revisions

We reserve the right to revise this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of any Execution System after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. Check this page regularly for updates.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by UK intellectual property law. Any disputes will be handled under the legal jurisdiction of England and Wales.
